Delete Usage Events
Service > ERM Events > Deleted Usage Events.
When you delete a refrigerant usage event for any system from Event History, all deleted refrigerant usage events are listed in the Deleted Usage Events table.
The function can be turned on or off for any role. To turn the function on or off, please consult your Verisae representative.
The smart table displays the following:

Event date: Date when the refrigerant usage event occurred

Date deleted: Date of the event deletion

Reason deleted: Reason provided for deleting the event

Site system name: System where the event occurred

Site name: Site where the event occurred

Amount added (lbs): The amount of refrigerant added during the event

Provider: The provider who handled the event
-
Event number: Unique identifier for the event

Work order number: Work order associated with the event
Delete usage events

Go to Sites > Select a site > Systems > Select a system > System History.

On System History, click an item on the Service Date column.
Event History page opens.

Click Delete this event, at the bottom of the page.

On Confirm delete window, select a reason and enter a comment on why the event is being deleted.

Click Save.

Click Delete event, from the Delete event confirmation window.

System History reloads with a warning message on the top of the page, stating that One or more past events for this system have been deleted.
View deleted usage history
On Deleted Usage Event, you can view the deleted refrigerant usage event history. Select a value in the Event date column and the Event History page opens. Refrigerant Usage Event Deleted is recorded at the last block.
Sort order data
Sort order (ascending or descending) can be initiated on any column by clicking on the shaded bar on the table header.
Search data
There are two options for you to search for or filter data:
- A dropdown is available for filtering the table on the Reason deleted column.
- Searchable text fields are available at the top of some columns.
Print or e-mail PDF file
After selecting Print at bottom right of Event History, the information displays in PDF and you can save, print, or send by e-mail.
